[amsat-bb] AO40 late AOS

I guess we're seeing the effects of the arc-jet thrusting.

Several stations were waiting for AO40 AOS around 28/0400z based on the
norad 98 & 100 keps.  We finally had AOS nearly an hour late with the
elevation here (EL98) running about 40 degrees below what was predicted.  I
finally had to quit for the night at 0610z with 222/280 blocks.
