Satellites for FD

Don't forget an easy Satellite to work for FD if you have a Kenwood D7 or
D700 APRS radio, then you should be able to make a barefoot 2way UI
digipeat contact via UO-22.

If you use your ARROW antenna, be SURE to set MEDIUM power on the D700!

Set up for 9600 baud and set BAND A for uplink on 145.975 or .900 and
downlink on Band B for 435.120 (+/- DOppler). Then set the radio's
TNC to TX:A and RX:B.

You will NOT see your own digipeated packets due to the instant
full-dux digipeat from UO-22, so just transmit every now and then, but do
send MSG QSL's to anyone that sees you. For more details on how
to operate the satellites from your D7/D700, see the ASTARS page below
