"RS" is a Readability level 5-1 (clear - unclear)
and Signal strength 9-1 (strong - weak).

I measure S-frequency at the moment that the 
program "FFTDSP" draw S-carrier from UO-11, or
"WDECPSK" decode S2-beacon from AO-40.

I modified Drake 2880 converter with a 2m IF.
