AMSAT-DL recently published 25W EIRP for 70 cm and 100W EIRP for 13 cm for
SSB (without LEILA). Information from AMSAT-NA a few years ago indicated
that digital uplinks will require 6 times more power. I decided to shoot for
200W EIRP on 70 cm and crank the power down for voice operation.
