Yes - what you can expect to hear depends on the satellite
and the modulation format.

Even the "noise" of a 9600 baud FSK downlink has a distinc-
tive "pffft" quality. Once you've heard it, you'll recog-
nize it when you hear it again.

If you want a digital satellite that you can actually hear
noises from, try UO-11.
