It appears that the web pages are not consistent. My information came from

http://hesperia.gsfc.nasa.gov/%7ekim/Mission_impl.html#Telecommunications

which says the specified HESSI ground antenna is 5 meters and the G/T
is 16.2 dB/K.  But the specifications for the actual antenna that was
installed at UCB say 11 meters and 23 dB/K. That would make the link
even more overdesigned.
