Folks,
I ran across some interesting parts that might
be of use for the modification of stock MMDS
converters.
The first is an S-band LNA from Stanford
Microdevices called the SLX-2043. It has
a 1.2 dB NF, a gain of 15dB and an
INPUT IP3 of +19dBm.
You can look at the datasheet for this device at:
http://www.stanfordmicro.com/products/advanced/slx-2043.html
The other product is an S-band dielectric filter
from Token Microwave Components. It has a center
frequency of 2404 MHz rather than the standard 2450.
However, its insertion loss is 3dB.
You can look at the datasheet for this device at:
http://www.token.com.tw/dielectric/die-filter.htm
