If ALON/ALAT =345/-26

the attitude entries for  InstantTrack  is  26,165

1) Change the signe to ALAT  ie 26

2) Add 180 to ALON ie 180+345=525
     Since 525 is greater that 360 subtract 360 to it  ie 525-360=165
