[amsat-bb] Antenna cleaner?

I'm cleaning up a few antennas.  What is the best product to use to clean 
the aluminum oxide corrosion off the joints and what is a good 
anti-corrosion  compound to use before I re-assemble the antennas. I don't 
want an anti-corrosion compound that acts like a dielectric.
