RE: UO 36



UO-36 has been experiencing a period of full sunlight and during this time
it has not been possible to operate the transmitter for thermal reasons.
This period ended yesterday so the spacecraft should cool down again quite
quickly and should be available again any time now.

Note that this is controlled automatically on-board.  When the various
temperature constraints are exceded, the transmitter operation is
discontinued.
