[amsat-bb] s-band frequencies

The s band transponder has two uplink frequency bands, 2400.100 MHz -
2400.600 MHz
and 2446.200 MHz and 2446.700 MHz

Are these frequencies being used in all RF reagions, or are they related to
a certain reagion.

I am setting up my s-band up link in Europe, and can not find the
information whether i have
to prepare for both uplink bands, or one of the two.

Can anybody explain ?

      13cm(2)  2446.200 - 2446.450 MHz  2446.450 - 2446.700 MHz
