[amsat-bb] FODTRACK Boards from FAR

I'm not sure if it has been brought to the attention of the bb,
and I'm probably the last to know about this,  but circuit boards
for the Fodtrack rotor interface are listed at FAR Circuits for $4.50.

The DAC (tlc7528) and all other components are available from
Digi-Key.
