[amsat-bb] ao40_s21.xls spread sheet for v5 & v7

Anyone needing versions of ao40_s21.xls to use with older versions of EXCEL,
let me know and I will e-mail them to you.

I have converted files for v5 and v7 so let me know which you need.  They
seem to run with no problems.

I would like to thank Hasan Schiers, NØAN for the v5 and my son for v7.
