[amsat-bb] AO-40 QRV report on orbit#250 from Japan.

Hello This is Yoshi.

  This is the report of AO-40 QRV on orbit#250 during 20:50z - 22:22z
of May-16th. 2001. It was very short chance of this morning.

1. Equipments - Same as orbit#248

2. QRV Documents

 UTC   MA  Dist(km) Events
 ----- --- -------  ----------------------------------------------------
 20:50  69 52,670  Woke up and started to hear S2-MB. Not so strong and
                   could no tget CRCC OK blocks.
 20:57  71 53,300  Loop test on 2401.420 - too weak.
 21:22  76 55,310  Found SSB CQ from DC8TS witn RS 41. Maybe the SQA is
                   not well now...
 21:35  79 56,430  QRT. I have to go to work... (local 6:35)
 - - - -

  Finally I got no CRCC blocks....

3. Misc.

  The loop test had not retrned well at around MA=70. The SQA maybe about
30 degrees or more...
