R: Squint



Suppose that  ALON/ALAT transmitted by the AO40  TLM is 20/2 as an example.
For  InstantTrack  ALON schould be 20-180= -160  In addition the sign of
ALAT must be changed
and it became  -2
So introduce in InstantTrack  -2,-160
