[amsat-bb] ALON for IT and others?

With ALON/ALAT at 10/2, the entries for IT and for Logsat look like they
should be

+2 for ALAT, but for ALON, should it be (180 -10) or (180+10), i.e., it
needs to have a 10 degree offset, but I can't tell if it should be 170 or
190?
