[amsat-bb] Looking for a 1Watt 2.4 GHz amplifier

Hi guys,

I am looking for a 1 watt 2.4 GHz amplifier mmic. I have built a beacon for
2.4 GHz and I blew up the PA by trying to get too much power out. I know
Pacific Monolithics and RFMD used to make an MMIC that did about a watt.
