RE: rmeyers dish and downconv.



Indeed.  I comandeered a 2.4 GHz multiplier kit I bought and used it as a
signal source.  It delivers 50 mW into a 50 ohm load, so I can wander around
and test out converters. :-)

Might have to make up a dummy load for weak signal resting...
