[amsat-bb] Newbie Q: Squint and ALAT/ALON

I understand what squint is...
Physically, what is ALAT/ALON?
Bonus:  my NOVA calcs for squint don't match other's claims, I'm guessing I
need a coordinate transformation of ALAT/ALON for the specific antenna
orientation on AO-40.  Any help?
