[amsat-bb] AO-40 Last Night

I stayed too late again last night wanting to work AO-40.  I heard the
beacon very well, and several QSOs, but unlike last Saturday I was unable to
get a signal into the bird.  I would like to know what the people making
QSOs beyond 60,000 km are running on the uplink.  I can hear em' but I can't
work em'.
