[amsat-bb] Filters for TS converter

It appears like the murata filters are not showing up on the future web page
anymore. Maybe someone bought them all. I am still looking for other
sources. Another interesting part that I have in my posession but have not
tried is the Johanson part. It is the size of a 1206 resistor.
