[amsat-bb] AO-40 Modes for Instantrack

Going with the current info regarding the mode changes
of AO-40,  here's what should work (works for me) in the
instantrack "schedule" field of the element database -

004-050b136O240b

Where -
"-" means beacon and US/LS is off (phase 4-50)
"b" means beacon only - no US/LS (phase 50-136 and 240-4)
"O" means beacons and mode US/LS on (phase 136-240)

Feel free to substitute your own favorite one character abreviation.
