Re: AO-40: 14dB AGC on Uplink...



I read the link and understand the AGC is being driven.  I was unable to
copy any signals as strong or stronger than the beacon.  This was our guide
in the old days, "never be quite as strong as the beacon".  Is this rule of
thumb no longer valid?
