hmmm...never give a callsign...were you able to hear the iss for 10 minutes
from when he might have given the callsign and when he was required to id
the next time? as passes over houston are rarely more than 8 or 9 minutes, i
may never hear them id.
there is nothing in the fcc rules about what language can be spoken over the
air. the only requirement the fcc has is that the callsign is given in english. you
are welcome to speak in any language.
