AO-40 RUDAK received

I received today AO-40 RUDAK 9600bps(FSK) signals, and saved it
as 64Kbytes KISS file with WiSP program, and analyzed it with
kiss2asc program.

I observed AO-40 RUDAK signals from 00:02:00 to 01:05:00UTC,
then 2401.7790 - 2401.7439MHz.
I think RUDAK transmit at 2401.7400MHz(+/- doppler).
I will report for more information later.
