An *up*converter for S-band? What kind of receiver do you use *that* with?
Probably a photocell...:-)
Best to make it clear for the folks newly interested in SHF that a downconverter
isn't "down" because it's on the *down*link, but because it converts signals to
*lower* frequencies.
