[amsat-bb] ISS voice QSO

I worked Jeff while mobile just before Ray,W2RS. (1817UTC) Equipment : 
IC-706MKIIG into a 5/8 wavelength vertical on car roof. Good signals.  I 
heard packet then Jeff started calling CQ. Nice contact.
