[amsat-bb] AO-40 telemetry 25th/04

Hi.

Had A45ZN visiting for the past couple of days and decided to listen for AO-40

Very good signals this morning here in London from MA210 - 249 at LOS

Received OK from 30,000km using a Drake 2880 with 5.6dB noise figure (!) and 
a 26turn helix built from Fred's W0FMS Helix calculator web page.

At 14,000km the signal peaked at S9.

Suitably impressed,Tony will be taking a now modified Drake back to Oman in a 
few weeks. So watch out for A4 when those transponders are switched on.
