Hmmm, I worked it this AM 60 over 9, with your Keps . My  source for Keps
(Celestrak) doesn't list  Tiungsat-1 , for some reason, or anything near
it. So I guess I haven't updated my Tiungsat keps since January, the last
time I worked  it. Anyway all is well now.
