ISS ..... 145.990up / 145.800down : Not digipeating
AO-10 ... 145.810MHz CW/SSB : Not heard
TO-31 ... 436.925MHz 9600bps FSK : Operational in a limited area
AO-40 ...2401.323MHz 400bps PSK : S2 Beacon "CRC VALID"
ISS packet seems like NOT digipeating.
The 145.810MHz carrier from AO-10 was not heard today.
TO-31 is observable in common window within Thailand and Japan.
The following is the data extracted from the TO-31 window of WiSP.
PB and PG status are both "SHUT".
