[amsat-bb] InstantTune & TS-2000 and/or FT-817

Hello

I've been busy dusting off my old DOS programming gloves and have added
TS-2000 and FT-817 functionality into InstantTune.

So far I've run this version on DOS, W95, NT4, W2K and PocketDOS under
Windows CE so they've already had a fairly good airing.

I'm looking for brave souls willing to try it out.
