AO-40: Beacon off from MA3 to MA80

Dear All,

Please note: THERE IS NO BEACON FROM MA 3 TO MA 80

This is to conserve some power.

The Attitude continues to drift quickly:

   Orbit alon SA temp
 -------------------------------
   202 143 -49 10.0
   203 139 -51 10.0
   204 136 -53 10.0
   205 134 -56 10.0
   206 132 -58 9.4
   207 129 -60 8.7
 -------------------------------

ALON is based on Earth Sensor stop scanning both upper and lower scans)
Sunangle SA is based on ALAT ~0°

Extrapolating the above data, the Sun Sensors in the SEU should recover
on 2001 Apr 29, orbit 228, when the Sunangle SA is -45° and the ALON =
74°
