Is this time mean on your local time (UTC+8), If so, It might be
the first trial at Eastern Asian packet opeartion via ISS. On our
local JAMSAT-bb list, 7N1JVW reported this operation on 17:47-17:56z
at April 11. It was the first report on JAMSAT-bb about ISS packet
operation at Japan.
At this time, also Mineo JE9PEL had tried to connect NOCALL and
got DM packet from it.
I will try to QRV again. I have a good pass with 54 degree elevation
at 14:53-15:03z tonight. If you can QRV on packet, I world like to
see your UI packet digipeated by ISS.
