[amsat-bb] Bahn Lon / Bahn Lat

I know this came up a while back, but I lost the answer.  What is the
difference between ALON / ALAT and the Bahn Lon ans Bahn Lat that are used
in QuickTrak.  I am trying to put the information for AO-40 to use and am
having little luck.
