Re: PC Interface via TCP/IP



Howard,

Isn't this something that should be real easy using the TCP/IP controls in
Visual basic in conjunction with the MComm control. I have a little
application the connects two programs and then what you type on one shows up
on the other.. It uses TCP packets. What if the receive buffer from the
serial port is copied to the send buffer of the telnet port and viceversa? I
don't know if this makes sence but is sounds very doable. A more complicated
approach would also transmit the handshaking signals back and forth.
