[amsat-bb] ISS Packet Pass

Hi Gang,

      The list below is from the 22:56Z pass as I copied here in southern 
Connecticut.  Sorry about the wrong time on the TNC!  As luck would have 
it, I had absolutely no luck bouncing a packet off it myself in spite of a 
really nice 53 degree pass.  Better luck next time..
