[amsat-bb] Use the right mailing list

As ARISS-related activity heats up, these brief reminders are in order:

Discussion pertaining to manned space activities (including ISS) should be 
sent to the SAREX mailing list (sarex@amsat.org), and not to the AMSAT-BB 
mailing list.

Sending the same message to both mailing lists is strongly discouraged.

Please try to minimize off-topic discussions.

It's always a good idea to trim out most of the message you're replying to, 
leaving only enough to maintain the continuity of the conversation.
