[amsat-bb] AIDC 3733 Stub - cut it, don't unsolder it

After a few inputs, I think that my original comments on unsoldering the stub 
can be ignored.  Cut it.  First look at Mark Hammond's posted picture of it 
and then cut it with a very small cutter.
