Digital Sat. status Apr.3

  UO-36 ... 437.400MHz 38400bps FSK : Operational
  UO-11 ...2401.500MHz  1200bps USB : S_beacon transmitting


I first received 38k4 signals of UO-36 with WiSP32.
The following 38k4 ASCII_data were converted from KISS_data
by kiss2asc.exe.

TS790 + TRX4S + TNC31S (SYMEK), or
TS790 +  IFD  + TNC31S (SYMEK)


And I saved 2.4GHz signals of UO-11 as a FFTDSP gif_file,
and I recorded that 2.4GHz signals of UO-11 as a WAVE_file.
