AO10 - not quite dead, but ....

In addition to my previous posting :
I followed AO-10 until perigee and found it is not completely dead :

152/28/252/6000 heard my signal back for about 10 secs
145/24/253.7/6200 the same
137/18/254.7/6580 the same
128/10/256/7200 just a wisper

In all cases the signal back was detectable but should have been a blasting one.

100W into 2*16EL hor. pol.in the uplink
