NEED HELP WITH PacComm NB-96

I am using the combo NB-96 & PSK-1 they have been working well with UO-22 &
UO-25 but now the DFM LED ligh is coming on red not green or going from green
to red an I cant get it to change back so I can copy the Bird HELP.
