AO-40 ALON/ALAT et al.: 172/0

Hi Alan,

Best guess ALON/ALAT is now 172 / 0, with ALON increasing slowly with
magnetorquing.

Spin rate is around 3.03 rpm, ... this will go up and down with torquing,
... target I understand is 6 rpm.

RX was good from down under today, ... MA 2 to 8 is back in action! By
Sunday who knows maybe MA12 may be possible, ... this may mean that
pre-perigee gets worse again....

>From the reception reports orbit 188/9, best chance of good RX is MA245-253
and MA2-8

Torquing is in progress, so this will change every orbit!

Cheers
Paul, VP9MU
