[amsat-bb] Nuclear powered sats....correction.

Correction to earlier post:
In my haste, i failed to mention ANY "foreign" sats...American only were
what i was referring to in the original post.
Russian sats are, of course, not covered in most of my material.
But i do recall a few Soviet birds did have a genuine nuclear core, and
not the RTG's we(U.S.) use.
Also, it's RTG-Radioactiveisotope, thermoelectric Generator, NOT
thermonuclear! Sorry!!
