While searching the web today, I found this place:

DSS dishes from 18" ($29.99 with support arm) all the way up to 48" or 
so!  Prices aren't too bad...look down the page a bit to just plain dishes 
(no LNBF)...

First time I've heard of this place, so I can't comment otherwise.
