[amsat-bb] Easier trick to get good CRC before-perigee

Hello,

Instead of taping the Up or Dwn buttons of my mic to 
compensate for the Doppler ,*before perigee*,i have 
connected my CW key to the up/down mic input via a simple 
inverser switch.(to choose increasing or decreasing freq))
This way it is much easier to keep the audio frequency 
stable,and get good CRC before perigee.
I got 14 today, and weather was bad.
