[amsat-bb] RE:AO40RCV won't store wav file

Hi Pieter and all,
had the same problem here.. Moe, AE4JY (the programmer of AO40RCV) told
me, that after setting the logging options, you have to stop and start
again telemetry capture in the main Signal windows (there are 2
buttons.. this is working fine here with me..
