These satellites are not normally turned on all the time.
To send a "turn-on request" you need to make the following alterations to the Windows
registry.

Run regedit from Start - Run from the Taskbar.
>From the registry display click the + icon on
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
then + Software
then + Wisp
then + Satellites
then select UO-36 (or TiungSat-1) to display the values in the right pane.
Place mouse pointer over right pane and RIGHT mouse click
Select New, DWORD Value
Enter Tx Request (note the space)
When the value is created highlight Tx Request then RIGHT
mouse click on it, Modify, enter the value one, OK.
That's it.
Repeat the procedure for Max Holes(note the space)
Enter 25 decimal.
These items MUST only go into the directories for the 38k4 satellites. Do not put them
into the other 9k6 satellite registries.

When you have done this WiSP will automatically send a command to turn on the satellite's
transmitter when the satellite comes into view (if it is not already turned on). You can
use <alt>U to manually send a request. There is a timer which prevents sending multiple
requests.
