[amsat-bb] AO-40 Spin Rate 03/13/2001 9.1 rpm

Hi all,
spin rate is down to 9.1 rpm, with stronger qsb than earlier. I guess, the
engine bell is now in the signal path also in the inner portions of the
orbit.
