Dont forget there is a world of difference between a PSK-31 linear
transponder and FM.  In FM, ONE user captures evrything and QRM's
evreyone.  In PSK-31, with 10 to 20 users in the 1 to 2 KHz
transponder, any ONE station can QRM only ONE other QSO.  THe other 9 
to 19 still work fine.

So, the parrot wouild work entirely differently...
