Yes, I goofed.  I was thinking Field Day rules where "digital" and CW are
synonomous.  I think of CW as digital.. but my statement was wrong...
But it still seems to me an oversight that the FCC would prohibit
digital modes on any satellite in the amateur satellite service that was 
operating in the agreed 10m satelite band.... de WB4APR, Bob
